I've read that the state run post offices had no problems with the Horizon software. If that is true, then that would mean that the sub postmasters were clearly intentionally targeted. Blaming the software would be classic blame shifting by the guilty.
Governments lie. For various reasons. It's sad, but apparently too often the case. When we, the ordinary people out here, the voters, properly address our 'elected' and 'selected' leaders, their lies can be more easily challenged.
