I never went to the Ministry of Sound. I never went to a rave. I hate rap apart from Niggers With Attitude, Straight Outta Compton, the CD sits in my car.

"Their music is supposed to be a message to all those not paying attention that the threat of war was imminent, “London calling to the faraway towns/ Now war is declared and battle coming down.” But they were also keen to show that The Clash were not the answer as they sang, “London calling, now don't look to us/ Phony ...7 Dec 2020"

Each to their own. I'll stick with 2023. I've had enough years of yelling, screeching & noise.

Eco-Fascist don’t half smell

Ah, you youngsters hey ?... lol.

I think I am starting to regress and live in my past "good old days" - which reminds me; will need to order adult nappies soon !.

Regards "English people love to bath and barth" ... and if I interpret correctly as in how we pronounce words like scon or scone (to quote - "She said: "My world is spent answering 'scone' vs 'scon'. I say it like 'cone' personally but Her Majesty did always say 'scon'. I think more people say 'scone' but the ones who say 'scon' swear they're the only ones that say it right. Posh people definitely say 'scon' - but ultimately both are valid.") ...

Noticed that one of the new chaps is a "BARTH" man as well - the ex-copper (good bloke)

Anyway, keep em coming and catch you later.

You say tomarto, I say tomate-oh...

I used to love electric guitars. I prefer the acoustic today. I used to DJ Soho, London c.1988, The Marquee Club, St. Moritz. I wouldn't listen to half the noise I played then.

Miles Davis, Kind of Blue. Frank Sinatra, Beethoven's 5th tend to be my cuppa tea today.... currently revamping Burlington Bertie.

Strangely enough ... I know a bloke from down South that is a DJ somewhere in London - famous but for the life of me; I cannot remember it's name. He came to the NLand we set him up doing a gig in one of the pubs here (sorry bars or cafes) and he was good ...

Famous club in London ... come on for DJs... the most famous ???

Must admit that I do like the blues and jazz myself and ... but I shall leave it there due tomy ultra-cool image !!!??? .... LOL.

...

You sound like my Dad who waffles on about the ruddy "Ink Spots".

Ministry of Sound ...but he plays a mix and not all the modern crap.

He is also literally 5ft tall and looks as cool as a blowing volcano - funny as f'ck to watch; but he is very very good.
