This morning on our favourite BBC R4 flagship presstitute news programme Today, former UK ambassador to the US Sir Kim Darrock was again given platform to share with us his ludicrous notions on Trump. Later, while driving, I heard further tosh and nonsense from Lord Alan West, former government security minister under Gordon Brown’s administration talks, at about 11 mins in for my own reference, to yet another incompetent BBC presenter, Adrian Chiles, seemingly as useless on geo-political understanding as Lord West:

I’ve also heard Tobias Ellwood today on the BBC, apparently a member of 77th Brigade which monitored and fiddled with public opinion and freedom of expression during covid1984. They are all useless; either knowingly lying or each dumb and daft as a brush.

When are we Europeans going to stop being scandalised about Donald Trump and start helping him to end this war?

Of course Ukraine didn’t start the war. You might as well say that America attacked Japan at Pearl Harbor.

Of course a country undergoing a violent invasion should not be staging elections. There was no general election in the UK from 1935 to 1945.
Ned note: I understand the Americans held elections during the civil war of northern aggression. Zelenskyy’s cancelled elections, banned the Russian Orthodox Church, banned opposition political parties, banned the Russian language, had voices such as Gonzalo Lira imprisoned, tortured and killed, pretended to play the piano with his penis… it goes on.

Of course Zelenskyy’s ratings are not 4%. They are actually about the same as Trump’s.

Why is Europe preventing the unfreezing of Putin’s cash?

The US believes Belgium, France and other countries are blocking. It’s absurd. We need to get serious and fast.

Pete mentioned that Singer had financed the Steele dossier. I didn’t know, did you? A quick search…

‘Paul Singer, a Republican donor and hedge fund manager, funded research through the Washington Free Beacon, a conservative website he backs, that led to the creation of the Steele dossier. The dossier, compiled by former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele, contained unverified claims about Donald Trump's alleged ties to Russia. Singer initially hired Fusion GPS, the research firm that produced the dossier, to investigate Trump and other Republican presidential candidates in 2015. However, the Free Beacon told Fusion GPS to stop researching Trump in May 2016, after he clinched the Republican nomination. The Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton's campaign later hired Fusion GPS to continue the research, which became the basis for the dossier.

Steve Bannon, the former White House chief strategist, has reportedly vowed to destroy Singer over his alleged involvement with the dossier. Singer has denied any connection to the Steele dossier or Steele himself, and the Free Beacon has also denied funding research that contributed to the dossier.

The dossier has been a subject of controversy, with some claiming it was a partisan smear and others arguing it contained prescient information about Russian interference in the 2016 election. Special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into the Trump campaign's ties to Russia reportedly relied on some of the dossier's findings.’

I do remember responding to my kitchen radio c.2017 when then BBC R4 PM presenter Eddie NightMair reported on prostitutes peeing on germaphobe Trump in the fashion of a ‘golden shower’ in a Moscow hotel room. With glass of red wine in hand, I informed Eddie in my radio that that was the ‘Steele dossier, you twit!’
How is it an artist cooking at home appears more informed than the BBC, Sir Darrock, Lord West, 77th Ellwood et al? What incompetent twerps we have running my country. Putin would appear to be a genius by comparison. As for Zelenskyy…
