Yesterday Analogue Tomorrow Digital
I remember school milk when we had a milkman deliver to our doorstep. I heard BBC R4 Today tell me today the UK gaming industry is worth £7.8billion. I never have 'gamed'. I do drink raw milk.
These days I observe too many buying low fat, skimmed, semi-skimmed and other forms of milk which has been processed since leaving a cow. My father used to leave the exact change on the doorstep for our milkman. Trust and leaving cash like that seems another age ago.
I’ve never played computer games. Someone once insisted I try Saving Private Ryan. I think it was displayed on their TV set and I was provided with a hand held control consol. It just didn’t grab me. I remember when working at The Marquee Club in Wardour St., Soho, London, there was a Space Invaders machine. It was a piece of furniture that you stood at. They were common place in pubs.
I heard the reference to gaming on:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m002b6n8
They reported that the UK gaming industry is worth £7.8billion, twice as much as the steel and fishing industries combined. It was part of a segment celebrating Sir Clive Sinclair who invented the ZX Spectrum. Apparently it was shipped with a programming book which laid the foundations for today’s computer gaming programmers. I have never knowing seen a ZX Spectrum. I couldn’t help but think this was not entirely healthy news.
It seems inevitable all things change, whether from analogue to digital or from civil society to thought crime and wrong speak. Ireland is changing. It is becoming or has already become a multi-cultural nation state. Mass, unmitigated immigration has been artificially induced and national identity, culture and custom have suffered. I feel the same about my home town London. Mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor has recently spoken with Tucker Carlson. Apparently, Conor is concerned about the replacement of traditional Ireland by foreign nationals. Here three Irishmen discuss it. They view the Carlson-McGregor as a positive step against the cultural Marxism infesting their country.
I was put off Conor McGregor when he backed the covid1984 lockdown and jab. He’s since spoken up for Israel. Israel is a major influence in the wars we partake in and the resulting dislocation of people and consequent mass unmitigated migration to our communities; the very thing McGregor says he wants to address. If we align ourselves with only those voices in complete agreement with ourselves, I suspect there’ll never be progress beyond the official arsehole establishment that run the show. I haven’t watched the Carlson-McGregor conversation. If you want to, here it is.
I am observing the ever increasing digitalisation of everything. Labour and Tony Blair propose using digital ID to help control immigration so ‘we know precisely who has a right to be here’. Well, to quote Mandy Rice-Davies, ‘he would say that, wouldn’t he?’

Imagine, NHS digital health. What could possibly go wrong?

McGregor is a woke right nationalist. Same as the communists just waving a different coloured flag.
I still leave my money outside for the milkman. Sadly they don't supply raw milk. So I have to put up with whole milk.
